Gary Dugan is the Chief Executive Officer of CapitalSure. He leads the development of its capital strategy and proposed regulated fund platform, including the choice of ADGM or DIFC, assessment of a mainland CMA fund, the property development and commodities strategies, senior capital relationships and professional capability.
